I specifically told my grandfather not to buy any of the services and he told the sales people not to add any and guess what happened they added over $100 worth of add-ons. These people literally took advantage of my elderly grandpa. Tomorrow I will be coming in and discussing this with the sales manager.

I absolutely love to store and team that works there!! I had a credit that was not being applied to my account and they got to the bottom of it and help lower my bill for that month. Thank you guys again ur amazing! I well be going into the store for my future questions not calling the call center that was no help.

Came there yesterday to get a new phone since I was camping and broke mine. Don't go to this store if you ha e an emergency or need a phone right away. I use my business line almost all day long and use my cell to track my locations when we trail ride. Elijah the sales person refused to help me, gave him 2 forms of ID and still refused. Pretty sure he was getting g a kick out of refusing to go into my account. God forbid you are stuck hours away from home and come to this location to get a phone if yours breaks.
Told me I couldn't use my old ID with my maiden name on it because it's expired. Can't really go renew a DL in your maiden name if you no longer have the name! He told me even if corporate themselves called him he was not helping me get into my account! Went to a different verizon and walked in got my account up with a new phone within 10 minutes. Absolutely absurd the customer service this location has!

My wife Came in to get a replacement phone and had a terrible time. Elijah the sales person there refused to help her. Asked for my DL showed him then because my account still has my maiden name I needed to show my OLD LICENSE WHICH I DID. He said her maiden name DL was expired so he refused to help her. I have been with verizon for almost 10 years and have NEVER felt with such a Rude ignorant person. She was over 2 hours from home with no way to GPS her way home.
Sunday we walked into a different verison and they pulled up all my info never asked for a DL or even my old ID and rreplaced my phone within 10 minutes!!! Elijah shouldn't be working in customer service or around Humans I wouldn't even consider him to work around animals. Seems like someone has a chip on his shoulder.
This store wouldn't get 1 star if it didn't make me give a star at all. Poor management and maybe train their associates to not be total asshats

The Verizon store in Big Rapids is fantastic! Elijah and Carter greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism from the moment we walked in. They took the time to listen to our complicated situation and provided outstanding service. Highly recommend this team!

I came into the Big Rapids Verizon Store a month ago and Carter hooked me up with Google Pixel 8a. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and patient with my questions. The only issue I had was my phone number failed to port. I returned to the store the next day and Allison resolved the porting issue promptly and professionally. Thanks Carter and Allison for making my experience with Verizon extremely smooth.

Terrible customer service. If you have to tell a customer to "google it" When they ask you, a verizon employee, how to keep their old phone number when switching from a different carrier, maybe you should find a different career. Absolutely despicable and dehumanizing treatment by all 3 floor employees. If I could give zero stars, I would. Shame on you Verizon.
