I was walking around and watch one of your employees be rude to another costumer, said employees nqme in the bame tag was val. I found that the eay she was speaking to this costumer was rudez uncalled for, and un professional.

if i could leave 0 starts I would. Valerie is the worst retail worker I have ever encountered. She got visibly mad when I was waiting for my photos as if I was inconveniencing her. Then proceeded to raise her voice and yell at me the customer? If picking fights with customers is your passion, they’ve got restaurants for that but if you’re going to work in a retail setting where people constantly need help and then get mad about it you should find a new job. I used to work at the Walgreens in Grand Rapids and I know the training does not say anything about yelling at customers. Walgreens has lost my business forever over one entitled employee who didn’t want to do her job. Should probably check who you’re hiring. CVS on top.

Doc called in script. I went from dr office straight to pharmacy and they were closed. Had to wait until 10am the next day they said. Got the call my script was ready. Went to pick it up and now they are closed for lunch. With two people behind the counter there is no need to close for lunch. I'm switching to another pharmacy.

This is literally the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. We just switched from a smaller independent pharmacy to them thinking it would be easier or cheaper. It was neither....rude folks in person and on phone and the cost actually went up. No one there cares.
If all there locations are like this, it's probably the next Rite Aid about to go belly up.

The worse pharmacy ever my wife checked in 30min after she got the giving time for script to be filled from doctor. She went in to see how long till it is filled and how much they said $10 and 30min. She went back in and told her they are out the meds after her waiting a hour for it to be filled.

Had to wait over an hour for meds and then my son puked in the store and no one could help us only gave us attitude! Girl behind the counter was rude and made us feel awful! I left covered in vomit and had to come back for the meds. They didn’t even give us paper towels to wipe off with when I asked they said those are the stores paper towels so we can’t touch them. Yet they claim they are there to help sick people right!

Trying to get through to Walgreens’ pharmacy took 3 calls. We ended up TWICE in a DOOM LOOP of automated recordings, each recording transferring to another, then hanging up on us. When we finally reached a pharmacy representative, she couldn’t answer our questions about if there are copays on vaccinations for seniors on a PPO plus Medicare. We’re going to change pharmacies. ?

I have never heard of a pharmacy losing medication that you been waiting two weeks and then act like seizure medication is no big deal when they lose it ,and be rude to you for there mistake.
