“I haven’t actually used Ronnie’s for service, but I got to see first hand, how amazing these guys are a month ago! I was driving down Vienna road when my car began to over heat. I didn’t want to leave it on the side of the road, so I went into Ronnie’s to see if I could park it until my brother came. The guys working came out and checked my car and told me it was my water pump, and helped me cool my engine down with water. (Mind you, they were closed at the time).Then the owner came over and sat with me until my ride came and offered to get my car towed to Tottens in Birch Run. The kindness I received from everyone working there made me want to cry. Overall GREAT people, and if I EVER need any services, I will be sure to go to them and will forever recommend them to others.Thank you Ronnie’s, for restoring my faith in humanity!”

“I'd say this is the place to go, had problem after problem even taking my truck to a shop. I called precise auto body and they said they could take care of me. I dropped my truck off at 10 a.m yesterday and he managed to do my brake lines, master cylinder, and most important my heat sensor that fixed my over heating problem!! That was all done in a matter of hours! Yes I was lucky on timing but I'm just very relieved to know my truck is finally fixed! Thank you to Precise Auto Body for getting this done for us so quickly!”

“Phil Hahn who owns Clockwork is an awesome man.He and his two guys did so much work on my truck, it was amazing! And SO affordable!Started with the radiator, then a tune up, then they fixed the tailgate, (it kept coming unhinged) , and reconstructed the bed for stability and to keep me from falling through when I was up in the bed. I was so excited when I got it back, I immediately ran it to fill up the gas tank, only to find out, the tank had a leak and it was coming out fast!Took it straight back to Phil! Within 4 minutes he had multiple cans out there saving my gasoline investment, $80!Within 20 minutes, he had my new gas tank (34 gallon tank) ordered with all the lines, fuel filters etc. This was on a Friday. They were done with my truck by the following Wednesday. That's even with 'the company' initially sending him the wrong gas tank and lines that needed to be reordered.Overall I was/am so impressed.Thank you Phil!”

I gave him just a basic idea of what I was looking for, small SUV, AWD, good on bad roads and how much I could afford in payments. A short time later he called with exactly what I was looking for and in my price range. He didn’t try to pressure me into a more expensive car, he listened and found exactly what I wanted! Because I had no way to the dealership, he had someone come and pick me up and take me there to sign the papers then had my car delivered the next day. Nick went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a new car without the pressure I 1,000% recommend Nick Orr and Randy Wise. I bought my car sight unseen and didn’t drive it until it was delivered to me. I LOVE my new car! “The negative reviews here seem to be from people who don't understand things can turn into bigger jobs than estimated. Therefore, taking a longer time than planned or told. Maybe the job before you turned into a bigger job. They had me in and out faster then I expected. I told them what I wanted and they found it was something else that needed done, not what I thought. They could have taken advantage on my request but were upfront and honest. Great price, great work. Polite and courteous.”

“My Fiancé and I were up here, in Frankenmuth, traveling for Labor Day Weekend. While up here, my Fiancé's 2001 Pontiac Grand Am started overheating 10 minutes away from our Motel. We found out that the cause of the overheating was that the upper radiator hose broke while traveling to Frankenmuth. We decided to limp the vehicle to our motel and in the morning we stopped in at the O'Reilly Auto Parts Store. We were blessed to have Ryan and Josh working on the day that we stopped in. (09/02/2023). They were both VERY helpful. One of them even helped us use an extended clamp tool for the bottom part of the radiator hose. They were there every step of the way for us. My Fiancé and I are very young and inexperienced, but we were able to change the radiator hose without having to take it into an auto shop. However, we couldn't have done it without the help of Josh and Ryan. Thank you, guys!”

“Was visiting family in the area a year back and had three places of body work that needed repair/painting. Family member recommended this place. Easy going mom/pop sort of place but work was perfect and much less of two other quotes I'd found. Vehicle had to be at the shop a bit longer but was able to leave vehicle that day. They accepted cash/check. Prices in the area seem to fluctuate based on if you have insurance so if you can afford it I would pay yourself to let you negotiate. Would definitely use their services again. Will have them re-do my rims when I have the time.”
