“I haven’t actually used Ronnie’s for service, but I got to see first hand, how amazing these guys are a month ago! I was driving down Vienna road when my car began to over heat. I didn’t want to leave it on the side of the road, so I went into Ronnie’s to see if I could park it until my brother came. The guys working came out and checked my car and told me it was my water pump, and helped me cool my engine down with water. (Mind you, they were closed at the time).Then the owner came over and sat with me until my ride came and offered to get my car towed to Tottens in Birch Run. The kindness I received from everyone working there made me want to cry. Overall GREAT people, and if I EVER need any services, I will be sure to go to them and will forever recommend them to others.Thank you Ronnie’s, for restoring my faith in humanity!”

“Had a tire blowout and rim trashed on a boat trailer headed north for the week on I-75 just south of Exit 149. Instead of billing me decent amount of money, William(I think) advised that Menards had tires on wheels ready to go. I have not shopped at a Menards and had no idea they had that or that I was close to one. After a drive to Menards, a small shopping spree and about 45 minutes total I was back on the road thanks to William at RCCT.”

“Fantastic towing service! I was stranded on the other side of Lansing and they worked it out with AAA so they could come and pick up me and my Tahoe. 4 or 5 other towing services declined and AAA said I was my own. I called R&B direct and Jim closed shop and drove over from Muth and rescued me. It was late January and boy was I glad when Jim showed up about 9pm with those flashing lights. My alternator had died on my way back from Indiana. I drove as far as I could and I just made it to within 100 miles from home so AAA would cover it. At 94miles from Muth my battery was drained and my lights turned off at the Pottersville exit on I-69. I texted a pic of my AAA card to R&B while sitting in my dead Tahoe and they worked it out to get paid direct from AAA. I made it home about midnight safe and sound. I can't recommend R&B highly enough!!!”
