“I had a wonderful experience with Ronnie's Auto Specialist. Even though they had a heavy workload, they still managed to get me in quickly. During the repair, they discovered a manufacturer’s error with a part that was delivered slightly damaged. Instead of cutting corners, they communicated with me right away, ordered a new part, and had the job finished the very next day.
The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I originally thought I would just come in, get the repair done, and move on with my day—but Ronnie’s went above and beyond. Not only did they do a phenomenal job with the repair, but they also cleaned the inside of my car, which was such a pleasant surprise.
