“Well so far it's ok. When they were located in Mount Morris it was terrible. Every time I went in there were 12 or more people waiting in line for most of the time one teller.. only seen 2 tellers twice working at the same time.. It was always a 30 min wait at the least. The staff who worked there were always pleasant & friendly. Overall just need to speed it up. No reason to wait more then 10 minutes.”

“Been here for 5 years now and very satisfied. Mortgage department needs to open there wings more and offer more choices but the people are all great. In a way I don't like how they rotate their employees from bank to bank in the area, but maybe that's so they can grow accustomed to they various locations and people. Great supporters of the communities they serve. They take care of everything I may need in spite of being on the road for two weeks at a time driving to California and back. Great personel attention, better than the 3 big credit unions in Flint area. I still use another credit union but between both of my institutions, everything we need gets accomplished with a smile.
