The staff in Birch Run are the best! Very polite and personable! Had ok service at other locations, but will travel 1 hour+ just for the service here at Birch Run! Tons to look at, no rush or pressure to buy, and felt like friends/family. One of the best General RV locations! Kevin and Jill are highly recommended!

Bought the coach there a couple yrs ago. Took it in for a recall. Got the part replaced quickly. Went over to the parts counter. Cece worked very hard of finding what I was looking for. Didn't give up until she found a solution. Parts are in. Great service.
