“I love Zales outlet in Birch Run. My ring had to get shipped off for repairs right before my wedding and they made plans to travel to pick it up so I could get married with my ring. On top of them doing an amazing job helping me pick out the ring for me they were always friendly 💕”

“Since the location in Flint closed. I have to visit this location now for my ring and necklace. Soon as i walked in I liked the atmosphere. J greeted me soon as i entered and she remembered me from the Flint location. She is amazing, sweet and was very helpful.”

“Went in doubtful I would find what I needed. The associate Mazzy was so sweet and patient with me while I was indecisive. All while still assisting other customers. So kind and professional. Definitely will be referring this store to others.”
