“Didn't take good photos right away. Though this has been the best haircut! Nothing fancy was requested, but detailed trim around the tail, paws, and nails was quite impressive and unique. It was regular cut but never saw this level of detail and practical style in common troublesome areas. Will definitely be a repeated customer!”

“This to me is one of the best Pet Supply Plus' Ive ever been in from an experience point of view...I have frequented this place on and off over the years and they are always fully stocked and friendly. But the big selling point for the wife and kids is the Kitty City feature they have. It allows the customers or potential adopters a unique experience to play with all the cats they have with full interaction. Never have I seen a better method at giving cats a chance at a forever home. And I do know they have great success with this method so kudos to them truely. Nothing but positives and good vibes from this store...Even the store kitty's that roam around keeping small critters out of the store are friendly. Wish I didnt live so far away now.”
“Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, certainly does not have the feel of a big box store, with a lot of fun and welcoming decor. I take my pup Griswold for baths regularly and the tubs are always clean, the products are fully stocked, and their equipment is easy to use. One of the best parts of coming here is the digital punch card system. I have lost more bath cards from other pet shops than I can remember. Will be back very soon!”

“It’s pricey, but my babies are worth it. Only bad thing is little to no apparel for dogs over 80 pounds. The staff has some of the sweetest girls, always willing to help and make practical suggestions.

“Ive known this store for decades. It was once a school field trip for me in the late 1980s. My mom had a bird and always taken it there and shopped there in the 1990s. I had fish for 20+ years. I always get my pet fish from there. Their fish are nice and healthy. I was there today to get an Angelfish and a plecko they were very helpful. They had alot of variety of birds there including the large colorful macaw that is always so sweet. Right now they're under renovation construction, so theres not a whole lot there currently. Im sure once finished it will be awesome. Thank you”
“Old fashioned, friendly service that you probably won't find at the large chain stores. The selection is great and the prices are good, often better than the other pet supply stores and warehouse clubs. Pets are welcome. If you have a question, the staff is helpful and willing to offer recommendations. It's unfortunate that the store on Livernois in Troy closed several years ago and still sits empty.”

I can't say enough good things about Pet Supplies Plus in Sterling Heights! The staff is absolutely wonderful—incredibly friendly and always so helpful. I've had many questions about different products for my cats, and they are always knowledgeable and happy to offer great advice.
What truly impresses me is their incredible product variety. They seem to have everything, from a wide range of food brands to all sorts of toys and accessories. I've found so many unique items that my cats absolutely love, the things I haven't seen at other stores. It’s clear they go out of their way to stock products that will keep our feline friends happy and healthy.
This store is a true gem, and I highly recommend it for both their top-notch customer service and their fantastic selection of products!”

“Filthy Beast is our go to shampoo for dogs! Its high concentrate makes it last a long time! Their dog perfume is top notch! In my opinion their customer service for kennels and groomer is amazing! “I’ve been going to pet supplies plus for years on and off but tonight made me a solid customer. I called 2 minutes after close in a panic when I realized my little senior citizen pup didn’t have food and would get it till tomorrow or the next day. “Did not go in person. Make a phone call asking questions about adoption. The person I spoke with was very helpful. All animals there have been fixed and received there shots before the adoption takes place. They appreciate any donations and supplies and might be open to people volunteering. They have a great website. Take a look to see who is a available for adoption and gave them a new and loving home . All animals would love a loving family an be told they are loved. Open your heart . I have 5 kitties and 3 of them are rescues. ❤ ?⬛?????❤”

“The manager at this location is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful to me in helping me get a new cage setup for my puppy. I had such a small cage given to me by family that barely fit a small dog bed, and while my little 12lbs Bichon could fit in it, she freaked out and was not happy because she couldn't move at all. I'm not raising no inmate puppy, so the manager recommended a perfect sized cage for her and it looks great. (See the small cage in the background for comparison)”
