“Didn't take good photos right away. Though this has been the best haircut! Nothing fancy was requested, but detailed trim around the tail, paws, and nails was quite impressive and unique. It was regular cut but never saw this level of detail and practical style in common troublesome areas. Will definitely be a repeated customer!”

“Ive known this store for decades. It was once a school field trip for me in the late 1980s. My mom had a bird and always taken it there and shopped there in the 1990s. I had fish for 20+ years. I always get my pet fish from there. Their fish are nice and healthy. I was there today to get an Angelfish and a plecko they were very helpful. They had alot of variety of birds there including the large colorful macaw that is always so sweet. Right now they're under renovation construction, so theres not a whole lot there currently. Im sure once finished it will be awesome. Thank you”

“My daughter wanted a fish for her 11th birthday, so we went to Pet Haven to do some shopping.
She ended up with a gorgeous gorgeous fish and could be happier. He is a beautiful betta. Cal, the owner, was happy to show us everything we were looking for and answer as many questions as we could come up with.
This store is a Sterling Heights institution and I highly recommend coming here for fish needs! He has been in that location for 51 years!”

I can't say enough good things about Pet Supplies Plus in Sterling Heights! The staff is absolutely wonderful—incredibly friendly and always so helpful. I've had many questions about different products for my cats, and they are always knowledgeable and happy to offer great advice.
What truly impresses me is their incredible product variety. They seem to have everything, from a wide range of food brands to all sorts of toys and accessories. I've found so many unique items that my cats absolutely love, the things I haven't seen at other stores. It’s clear they go out of their way to stock products that will keep our feline friends happy and healthy.
This store is a true gem, and I highly recommend it for both their top-notch customer service and their fantastic selection of products!”

I would like to thank premier pet supply for making available the twenty five percent discount no restriction coupon, without a limit This made a huge difference when you're feeding 2 big doggos & you're buying premium kibble in 40 pound bags. I was able to save a ton of money -I did stock up thanks to the long expiration dates of our brand of kibble also got the equivalent case of canned food. The savings is incredibly significant , and I can't thank you enough. A sincere woof woof thank you from the furballs & me to Lilly Dylan and the whole Premier Pet Supply team. “This place saved my cats life when he was 5 years old because he needed PU surgery. He is now 13 and happy and healthy. “Did not go in person. Make a phone call asking questions about adoption. The person I spoke with was very helpful. All animals there have been fixed and received there shots before the adoption takes place. They appreciate any donations and supplies and might be open to people volunteering. They have a great website. Take a look to see who is a available for adoption and gave them a new and loving home . All animals would love a loving family an be told they are loved. Open your heart . I have 5 kitties and 3 of them are rescues. ❤ ?⬛?????❤”

“There was a little confusion on the part of the groomers on the booking end of my giant fluff's bath, but it was all-in-all based on an understandable misjudgment. But much to my delight and surprise, manager Lindsey more than made up for it and we are happy customers! My dog is a giant energy ball who doesn't seem to be aware of how much power he packs they still bathed him and did his nails. Grooming him must be part grooming part wrestling match. Great groomers!
We've also used the PetsHotel at this location several times, and have always been happy with it.
A tip to avoid extra stress on the day of a trip is to be sure to print out your dog's up-to-date vax records and put the page in the bag of your dog's packed accouterments. Do this at least a day or two before the day you are taking your dog in! Don't be like me - I tend to take for granted I can always find my stuff online but I don't get a strong signal in the store, and it all seems more stressful and time-sensitive when you are trying to leave for a trip.”

“Val’s Pet Supplies is a Clawson staple and exactly the kind of non corporate, family run business everyone should support. Having lived away for a time and not having an animal for a while, returning to this shop was a top priority after deciding to adopt our cat, Layla. It is wonderful to find that the store is still just as good as always and has been a reliable part of the community for a long time.
The store has a classic, dated feel that is becoming harder to find, and it is honestly better that way. There is a real charm to it staying exactly as it is. This lack of corporate flash is likely what helps keep the prices so much lower than the competition.
It is easily the best place around for a specialized and comprehensive selection of cat supplies at prices that consistently beat the big box stores. There is also a fantastic dog selection, a variety of small animal supplies, and even bird seed in bulk. Almost always, there is a good clearance bin to check out for extra savings, and the staff is more than happy to order specific items if they are not already on the shelf.
Getting in and out is very convenient since you can pull in right off Rochester Road or use the back parking lot entrance off 14 Mile. This makes for a quick and stress free stop every time.
Beyond the great prices, the staff is just wonderful, and everyone greets you the second you walk through the door. There is even a community cork board just inside the front doors for the neighborhood to post about lost or found animals, which really shows how much they care.
It is reliable, professional, and run by people who truly care about our community. Definitely skip the chains and give this local shop your business!”
