Auto Repair in Bloomfield Hills, MI

“Sabrina and Lydia were excellent to work with for the purchase of my X5. They made me feel that every detail mportant to me was also important to them. Be sure to see them if you want a great experience purchasing your BMW. I am a happy customer”

“I recently had my Dodge Durango Hellcat detailed at Metro Detroit Auto Detailing, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Herb did an outstanding job. The vehicle looks fantastic inside and out, and the attention to detail was obvious from the moment I picked it up. Beyond the quality of the work, Herb was incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, pricing was fair, and the service exceeded my expectations.

One thing I especially appreciated was that I needed a ride home after dropping off the vehicle, and Herb was kind enough to personally give me a ride. That level of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find.

The Bloomfield Hills location is very convenient for my family, which makes the experience even better. Based on this experience, I plan on bringing my wife's SUV in later this summer and will absolutely be using Herb and Metro Detroit Auto Detailing again in the future.

Highly recommended if you're looking for quality work, fair pricing, and great customer service.”

“Having experienced many car buying transactions through out life’s journey we would rate this purchase as one of the best. Our rep, Nick Feroce, was a joy to work with as all our questions and requests were met. We found him to be knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful.”

“Once again Bloomfield Marathon is my absolute go to place for all my auto needs. My SUV just hit 100K miles and I said to myself, I need to call Mark. No hesitation.I told him I need a full vehicle inspection and just tell me what needs to be done. Period. I trust Mark that much. He never tries to get over and do ‘more than what is needed’. I even had some things I thought needed to be fixed and he told me, no you are good on that for another 20K miles. No need to spend more unnecessary money. The quality of parts and service is always top notch. They aren’t the parts you get from Autozone, they are always genuine parts. I’m never worriedI wish all services were equal in quality and consistency to what I get from Bloomfield Marathon.”

“I have had many vehicles serviced at this location and they have always exceeded my expectations. The express manager Ed S has even been proactive and gone above and beyond to check all parts of my vehicles for any service issues they may need. I couldn’t be happier or more trustworthy of a service center and their priorities in putting the customer’s safety and satisfaction first.”

“Whit was awesome! We have been stalking the Honda Pioneer for awhile now. Whit worked around my work schedule and answered all of my questions via email almost immediately. Whit walked us through the machine when we went to Motorcity to look at it. He got me a finance approval quickly and held onto the machine for a couple of days while I arranged getting a trailer. He emailed me the information for the roof I wanted so I didn't have to spend time searching for it. While I was going over the paperwork with Whit, the general manager showed my boyfriend all of the great accessories we could purchase on Amazon. All of the staff was friendly and easy to talk to. The parts dept also helped us get our son fitted with a helmet. It was a great experience, we are very happy with our purchase!”

“I worked with Steven at Mercedes Benz in Bloomfield to secure my new lease for the 2026 C300 and he helped me to work out a comfortable deal and to understand all the ins and outs when wanting to buy/lease my desired vehicle, the process was seamless , he was very patient with me and also gave an amazing presentation during my car reveal and pickup with a bow and confetti and all!! 🥳 amen!”
