“I had a great time today due to the customer service I had. I was looking for a keyboard and was lucky enough to get that. However I wasn’t only looking for a keyboard. I wasn’t sure what motherboard I had purchased years ago but luckily the salesman Malak/Malek was kind enough to help me. He found all my pc’s specs and assisted me in my purchases. If it weren’t for him I would still be running a bad build. So thanks to him and the rest of the micro center team.”

Today they are all diehard IPhone users even though our family has always been Android users. My husband even ended up purchasing an Apple desktop ! “Visited the store on 2/12/24 after searching for a specific protractor that was needed to help my daughter better understand her geometry homework.Although the store ultimately didn’t have it, two gents named Ryan and Malcolm (thank you both) searched their inventory and other parts of the store with the idea that it may have been accidentally moved.Extremely professional, they called another store, and asked that they hold one at the register for me.I arrived at that location and was able to obtain it and explain my daughter’s homework to her without and issues.”

“Our computer was running really poorly, and financial situations being what they were - we were really dragging our feet at having to purchase a new one. I called Dan and he diagnosed the likely problem over the phone. He was able to fix our computer which now runs like new and we saved hundreds of dollars not having to buy another one! I highly recommend his services!”
