My mother has had experience with Ram Creations in the past but this my first time.The sales associate helping me was very polite and helpful despite it being the end of the day. She helped me find something within my budget and the piece I ended up purchasing is beautiful. As this is a gift for an expectant mother, I do wish the exchange policy was longer than 2 weeks but I understand given the nature of the field (fluctuation in gold prices, chances of the item being used).Overall I appreciate the efficient and helpful service provided.”

There is such a huge selection to choose from, and David really helped me understand the differences and why certain items fit my specific needs. He was incredibly patient, allowing me to go back and forth until I was confident in my choice. This is the one I picked!
The store is very clean, including the bathrooms, and they have an impressive selection. You'll be amazed by the different choices available. All the sales people and management created a comfortable and welcoming shopping environment.”

“Write Impressions was absolutely wonderful to work with and played such a special role in setting the tone for our wedding. They created our wedding invitations, and the entire experience felt thoughtful, collaborative, and truly customized to us.
We had an in-person meeting where we were able to bring our ideas, talk through inspiration, and work one-on-one with a designer who genuinely listened to what we wanted. One thing that was especially important to us was the wording on the invitations. We don’t have a traditional family structure with parents sharing the same last name, and getting the language correct and respectful mattered a lot to us. The Write Impressions team took great care in helping us navigate this and made sure everything was phrased perfectly.
They also helped us customize every detail to match our wedding colors and vision — from the wax stamp and vellum sleeve to the ribbon and details card. Seeing all of those elements come together so cohesively was incredibly exciting, and the final product was absolutely beautiful.
Once our invitations went out, we received so many compliments from friends and family on how elegant and unique they were. We are so grateful to Write Impressions for their attention to detail, expertise, and care throughout the entire process, and we would highly recommend them to any couple looking for stunning, personalized wedding stationery.”

“Let me start off by saying, we didn't buy a single thing from the store. HOWEVER, our experience while shopping was absolutely perfect from start to finish. After a long day of shopping at box stores with pushy sales-people, we were greeted by Julie, who gave us a quick lay of the land, served us a sparkling water and sent us on our way to browse solo (much appreciated). Buying furniture is such a big decision/expense for most and while much of what was in the store (drool-worthy, hand-crafted pieces) was unattainable for our budget, we were treated like anybody else. At the end of our shopping, Julie gave my partner and I a much needed pep-talk on purchasing & furnishing our first home, reminding us to take it slow and be deliberate, to save our money for those pieces we can't live without but not to rush. It was such a breath of fresh air and honestly we both nearly teared up at the relief we felt. We left with a picture of something we wanted to save up for and plan to visit Julie again once we're settled in our home. Genuine people like Julie, or even genuine interactions with people like Julie, are so rare these days. Especially in a sales scenario. Thanks, Julie. You don't know what that meant to us.”

“I’m so glad I came to this store to look for mattresses. Robin is one of the most honest and kind saleswoman. She is truly a mattress expert! She helped my parents select a mattress that was safe for them based on the measurements of their bedframe and my parent’s height, so they have a low risk of falling. She was cognizant of the bedroom door dimensions in case the box frame needed to come in splits, for example. The mattresses arrived in perfect condition.”

“Overall the store was good and wide space the only thing I didn’t like was asking for help since I forgot something in my cart I asked the store manager to help me and he gave me attitude and talked to me like I wasn’t understanding him I unfortunately didn’t get a name but he was an older wider guy that’s my only complaint hopefully he has a better day another day.”
