Answered questions as they arise and gives room to roam and contemplate while keeping an eye from a distance, always following the customer's lead. The way it should be. No pressure. No disappearance. No locked-in chitchat with coworkers.

“Outstanding customer support from Elisa at Ciot. My journey began with exploring and selecting tile for my foyer, garage entry and 2.5 bathrooms in late 2023 It continued with refinement of selections and ordering in 2025. As I’ve needed additional tile to repair a shower floor that was improperly installed, Elisa was right there expediting orders so my contractor could work me in between jobs. As my project is winding down, I have nothing but praise for Elisa who responded to texts, even on her days off. Huge thanks, Elisa for helping make my remodel a success.”

From the beginning the owners of the company supported us perfectly with their experience and drive. The flooring of both areas went smoothly and on time and looks just great. Everything that had been promised was met. The absolute best was when they went beyond expectations and carpeted the entire finished basement in just one Sunday.This had become a necessity because we wanted to move in a few days later. “Good place to shop, VERY expensive prices!!! The clothing selection there is very interesting from a teenager's point of view. They also have some unique items such as a "Joshua Tree" in a can, miniature tube man for your desk, etc. I wish that we saw Urban Outfitters get it's own separate store in Michigan.”

“We went crib shopping today and visited two other well-known stores, but were disappointed to learn they no longer had nursery furniture on the floor for us to see. We ended up making a 30-minute drive to Pottery Barn Kids, where we were greeted by Brian, who turned our entire experience into a beyond positive one.
Brian was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and showed us all the options that matched our interests. He gave us time and space to browse on our own, so we never felt pressured to make a decision. He also helped us create a baby registry and added the items we were interested in.
