“Great selection of healthy dog snacks. The pricing is very reasonable and affordable. They occasionally give little samples of treats when you purchase treats. My cat's favorite treat from there are the apple chicken bacon chips. One bag of them includes A LOT of chips that last a long time for one cat.”
“I’m a regular PetSmart customer. After chasing our three kids activities tonight we stopped to grab a bite to eat and ordered food (for our fourth furry baby) online for curbside pickup. We took a wrong turn and got there one minute after the store closed. The app said come back tomorrow, the doors were locked. But Nancy, the amazing customer service oriented store leader Nancy, brought our food out, offered to load it and instead of acting irritated with us for our lateness she actually thanked us. Sadly, customer service like this rarely exists today. PetSmart you should promote and do everything to replicate Nancy’s level of service. It made us customers for life!
