“Primarily go just to visit Diptyque and Jo Malone recently traveled across the bridge...I was surprised and greatly disappointed the designer stores don't carry their full fragrance lines :( I went into Burberry which is HUGE, my s/o had hyped up this side of the store, but it was practically bare and they just had the main scents on a check out counter like some after thought- their high end bottles are just shy of $300 and I was really looking forward to picking one bc that's a huge blind buy! The lady I talked to wasn't even familiar with the products and suggested I go to Chicago ?? but Ren at Diptyque made the drive well work it. I do wish the concierge desk was a bit further from the elevator on the lower level, a lot of back-up is through there, I always fear it would be easy for families to get separated getting in that elevator.”

“TJMaxx and Ace Hardware are the anchors here. There's a large bookstore, large and new Better Health, sub shop, Penzeys spices, pie and coffee shop, cabinet shop,Hallmark cards, exercise places and several take out places. Lots of parking”

“We go there to walk around it's a big mall that goes in I believe a figure eight it's great for walking and looking we also stopped and played some games around 1 my kids like going there we also looked at lunch box it has items like kids like and we also went to the jewelry store”

“It's a wide variety of stores and definitely worth the experience, the workers there are friendly and helpful whenever looking for a specific store. The quality of the food i've tried there is really no matter from which food area you select. Prices aren't too high in stores the best amount of money you could bring here is $50 depending on what store you go to. Overall love this mall!”

“Guitar Center staff were very helpful. I was buying a pair of headphones for my boyfriend who is a local DJ and producer. I didn't know exactly which ones to buy... I called the store and they walked me through everything and set the pair I wanted aside for me. I was about 30 minutes away and they were very close to closing. They let me in with a smile on their face and got me the best headphones for the best price. Good people.”

The plaza is a local hub for commerce, offering a range of retail too”
“Great little plaza. Clean, plenty of trash cans around so no litter on the ground. Everyone tries to do their part to keep our shopping area clean. Plenty of sidewalk so you take a stroll or walk your dog.”

“Everything what I needed. Construction nearby. Went to Secretary of State, had an appointment, was in and out quickly. I received the best service ever at this location.”
“It was a very nice mall insode and out. Very clean with very high-end stores inside of it. The parking lot was very clean and there were plenty of parking spaces. The mall was not run down, and all the spaces inside were rented out, and businesses were thriving inside. Great fancy area down there in Orchard Lake with HUGE Gorgeous ? houses ? on the lake. Some construction is going on, but we navigated thru it just fine. Keep up the great ? job on keeping your mall full of a huge variety ? of different types of stores and just the beautiful appearance of your mall Orchard Mall.”
“Tons of cheap yet, good quality produce. The only reason I am not giving them a five star rating is that they have a sign advertising fresh cider and doughnuts inside. The cider was in gallons for sale and the doughnuts were packaged, not fresh like the sign said. Overall, I loved the place and would go back.”

“We frequent Gordon Food Service (GFS) the most, but also enjoy going to Take Sushi and the Rochester Grill, and on rare occasions need to use the coin laundry. Parking is plentiful and convenient. Exiting the parking lot to the east (left turn) can be challenging during rush hour and when the high school lets out, but there is a stoplight at Walton & Rochdale at the west end of the mall.”

“The Nino Salvagios market in the plaza is the best. You don't have to second guess anything in the produce department as the supply is always fresh and well managed. The meat department is very good and manned by real butchers. I feel they are reasonably priced considering the current economy.”
