“Spoke with Mark at Auto One this morning thinking that I might have to buy a new starter for my mom's car. He told me to bring it in and offered to take a look at it. Was completely surprised AND relieved when he told me that the starter was still working fine. Went over some details with me on how this particular starter works to avoid the situation in the future which I really appreciated since it's not my car. His honesty blew me away, he could have pushed a new starter and I wouldn't have known the difference. I'm really thankful and will think of Mark and Auto One when a starter or glass issue arises in the future!”

The guy (Dave) that runs the shoppe and his dad couldn't have been any nicer, responsive, professional or nicer. I called, Dave answered right away, questions asked by me were answered straight away.
