“I like this mall design and the larger strip mall overall. You can park in front or back for this mall within the strip mall (and for several other businesses in the larger mall). It is busy most of the time and presents challenges getting in and out, especially from the East side parking lot. But it isn't a design flaw.”

Look beyond the produce for local-local honey, Michigan pastys, true farm-fresh eggs, drench-worthy sauces, and much, much more!⚠️To be best prepared, bring some cash, for some places do not take card. A reusable bag or two comes in handy as well if you requent the market each Saturday.”

“Great little plaza. Clean, plenty of trash cans around so no litter on the ground. Everyone tries to do their part to keep our shopping area clean. Plenty of sidewalk so you take a stroll or walk your dog.”
“Primarily go just to visit Diptyque and Jo Malone recently traveled across the bridge...I was surprised and greatly disappointed the designer stores don't carry their full fragrance lines :( I went into Burberry which is HUGE, my s/o had hyped up this side of the store, but it was practically bare and they just had the main scents on a check out counter like some after thought- their high end bottles are just shy of $300 and I was really looking forward to picking one bc that's a huge blind buy! The lady I talked to wasn't even familiar with the products and suggested I go to Chicago ?? but Ren at Diptyque made the drive well work it. I do wish the concierge desk was a bit further from the elevator on the lower level, a lot of back-up is through there, I always fear it would be easy for families to get separated getting in that elevator.”
“Here 5 days a week, staff is cool just don't drop the weights, don't like that I can't bring my rope or wheel and only had one bad issue but other then that it's cool.”

“I go to Bastion Gaming center here. They have a Jets pizza, Subway, office supply store, and a Dunkin Donouts. Mainly though the game store is great and nice and clean inside. It is nice to have food options nearby and if I need stuff for a D&D campaign like pencils the Office store is here as well”

“My son bought some fancy cellphone and, after he dropped it a few times, nobody could fix it. This place took care of it. Took them 5 days to order new screen and additional parts. It's working and looking like a new one.”

“Plaza with Meijer, Meijer Gas, Target, Joann, Olive Garden, and Aqua Tots. Pretty easy to get in and on it off if you use the traffic signals.There is also a Tesla Supercharger area in this parking lot.Be careful when driving in this parking lot as there are many people who like to cut across the lanes.”

“Guitar Center staff were very helpful. I was buying a pair of headphones for my boyfriend who is a local DJ and producer. I didn't know exactly which ones to buy... I called the store and they walked me through everything and set the pair I wanted aside for me. I was about 30 minutes away and they were very close to closing. They let me in with a smile on their face and got me the best headphones for the best price. Good people.”

“We frequent Gordon Food Service (GFS) the most, but also enjoy going to Take Sushi and the Rochester Grill, and on rare occasions need to use the coin laundry. Parking is plentiful and convenient. Exiting the parking lot to the east (left turn) can be challenging during rush hour and when the high school lets out, but there is a stoplight at Walton & Rochdale at the west end of the mall.”
“Great household items! Everything was 20% off when I when. I got 3 pair of jeans for $20.00 plus TX. If you think of it they have it. Nice staff. Cool stuff to view drop by and shopping and guys lots of tools for sale. This is a hide gem. Great prices, huge selection.”
“It was a very nice mall insode and out. Very clean with very high-end stores inside of it. The parking lot was very clean and there were plenty of parking spaces. The mall was not run down, and all the spaces inside were rented out, and businesses were thriving inside. Great fancy area down there in Orchard Lake with HUGE Gorgeous ? houses ? on the lake. Some construction is going on, but we navigated thru it just fine. Keep up the great ? job on keeping your mall full of a huge variety ? of different types of stores and just the beautiful appearance of your mall Orchard Mall.”
“Chic mall with pretty much every store you could think of rather you wanted to grab Christmas decor or something cute for a date night. If you haven't stopped by this mall you should check it now because there Christmas castle is absolutely gorgeous!!!”
“I went to the CVS that's on the corner. Just picked up a few items. Employees were pleasant. The store was clean. They were restocking the shelves. It was a good experience.”
“A convenient old-school shopping plaza. Kroger and CVS are what you would expect. The UPS Store can handle your Amazon returns when you can't get them to Whole Foods or when that's not an option. However, short term parking for The UPS Store tends to get abused.”
“The management has to work on making this mall more walkable. Yes it has everything you need if you live in the area. But, the traffic in the lot is fast and a little hard to navigate. Again you can find everything your household may need.”
“I drove almost an hour to this store to find what I was looking for. Asked a staff member (Pam) for what I was looking for-she had no luck. Asked another staff person (Rebecca) & she said “we have a bunch in the back”. Took the time to go dig out the box & got them for me! The customer service by these 2 associates is by far the BEST I have ever experienced! Rebecca actually lives near me, gave me her cell # & said if I ever can’t find something to reach out. If she has it she will personally drive me the order!!!!! If I could give this store a 100+ rating I absolutely would!!!!!!”
