“I was on vacation and I had an issue with my tailgate not closing. I showed up when they opened up for the day and they were extremely friendly, started working on my car right away. Then they told me that they would need to order the part (motor arm that opens and closes the tailgate) and it will take a day to get here. They were able to take the part off and we were able to open and close the tailgate manually, and I was able to enjoy the rest of my day. I came back the next day and they installed the part in less than 5 minutes.
