“I've used these guys a few times for some serious work on a couple of my vehicles and while they're not cheap. They are reputable and good work. There are very good about warranty claims. I bought a rebuilt engine from Advance Auto Parts through Jerry's and it was a good experience. But where they really came though was when I had a problem with the engine Advance provided. The engine has a three year unlimited milage warranty. My problems started while I was traveling down state, with a complete failure of the replacement engine. I called Jerry's and they got Advance all the info they needed to complete my claim. And I was getting the work done at their location. I was stranded downstate. There were a couple delays by Advance. But Jerry's was patient with me and gave me the necessary phone numbers to get my situation resolved. All of this was in 2021. Now I'm have a second but not as serious issue with the engine. And again when I called Jerry's they had the information at hand. And are helping to smooth the way for my current claim to get this issue resolved. It pays do business with a reputable company. This is the place I turn to help me keep my vehicles on the road.”

“This was actually a few years ago, but I came back to write a review. I was moving my skoolie from one location to another and she started overheating on me. Didn't realize at the time that my dad drained the coolant and forgot to refill it after he did some work on it. I tried calling every diesel mechanic in town and JBJ was the only one who answered AND they happened to be just down the road from where I was! They were super helpful. They checked her over and filled her coolant for me for free. I will always recommend them to anyone! Super friendly staff!”

“listen, I may have just driven through far too much winter wonderland weather, but my car was not okay. I was on my way out of town to drive five hours south and found this body shop right on schedule, thankfully. this crew jumped right to test driving and throwing my car up on a lift. turns out nothing was broken, despite the intense shaking my lil subi was experiencing. they were able to knock out all the ice and snow buildup and get us back on the road without danger. I am so grateful! Also, they sell mature jades in the shop- hello, beautiful ?”

“These guys did a great job, and have an actual mechanic here (highly recommend ensuring your tire store has one).The rims on our jeep have deep 1/2”spline lugs, and trying to do a quick change out we made the mistake of making an appt at the chain “B tire”, they broke a lug off in there (offered to melt it off with acid, bizarre). So thinking it was hopeless as the lug was completely chewed up, i ordered a new rim but took my business to Royal.The legends there saved my rim (when I didn’t even ask them to try to save it at that point), took care of everything in a timely manner, and have an actual mechanic; what more can you ask for these days.Highly recommend if you want competence, price was also actually better here, would return for life if we were permanently in the area.”

“To be honest was expecting a bit more detail in the detail1. In the cab, though it was mostly clean, you could see areas that were not. Mats still had puddles of water and the parts of the mats that were not still wet looked like they were merely wetted down and then dried with dirt on them. The box that was used to store the loose items left a mark on the seat it was placed on. Some areas were missed with vacuum or cleaner altogether. Also looked like a spot of some gummy substance on the back seat as well.2. The underside of the vehicle did not look like and under wash was had as there was dirt on the tire and other elements under there.3. The cargo area had blotches that initially I thought were rust but on closer inspection it was dirt or other type of substance. If you wet your fingers and rubbed it you fingers when then be marked brownish black. Did not look like much was attended to there.Actually took a quick video or two right after I picked the truck up with and highlighted the things I noted.”

“I had to purchase a used car after my vehicle was totaled. Petoskey MI Walmart Auto Care Center got me an appointment the same day one of my tires blew on me and advised me that although the tread looked good the tires on this vehicle, they had dry rot. I had two replaced when I had the emergency but when I wanted to get the other two replaced I found out they were no longer available. Emily @ the Petoskey Auto Care Center went above and beyond to find tires for me. I love our community and the way we all take care of each other. Emily is a great example of that!
