“When me and my family first moved to Hopkins we walked into CDs after a long day of unpacking and the welcome to the community that the employees gave us (Pete, Zack and Ethan) was heartwarming. Chris and his family helped me when my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer by allowing me to put up a donation jar and the community didn’t hesitate to help. Great food, people and service what else could you expect from them.”

“Today is July 2, 2023. I visited the Martin Marathon at about 4:00 pm, and was surprised when the polite clerk - who happened to be straightening up near the front - opened the door for me. He also called me "Ma'am," which was safe, appropriate and appreciated as I have completely white hair. There were few people in the store. I paid cash for my gas, then had to come back in for change. By that time, the clerk had a LONG line of customers, and I waited in the back. But the clerk motioned for me to come to the counter, he already had the change ready! I got my change and was out the door; the clerk didn't miss a beat, continuing on with the next customer in line. You've got a winner there, someone who is willing to go the extra mile. Do what you can to hang on to employees like that.”
“Great gas station/convenience store. I stop in for coffee or a drink every-so-often. The staff is always fun to chat and banter with. Good people. The ownership group should be proud. Thank you!”

“I had loaned a buddy my Samsung Galaxy, A7 Tablet, and he left it on his car, and lost it near the corner, It was brought in by someone, and the people in the store put it up for me, and due to shift changes and what not... didn't know exactly where the night girl had put it, but everyone there was very friendly, and helpful in locating and returning my tablet to me...I highly recommend this fueling station, and the great guys in the attached garage!Thank you for all your help, it meant a lot for me to get my tablet back today!”

“Really wish J&H would put money into updating this station. They could extend the sitting area out to the West by about 10 feet. Have larger bathrooms, Update the Diesel fuel pump area as hoses seem to always be leaking. STAFF is great and very friendly and the FOOD...WoW good!!!”

“I visit here because the competition across the street is usually too busy, haha. Good selection of snacks, domestic beer. Only a small selection of milk. I wished the vacuum worked well outside by the car wash- there isn't another place in Wayland to clean your vehicle out.”

“We had to stop here due to a sudden emergency with our 1-year-old daughter. Then we went inside the store. The girl who works there was super nice. My daughter was crying before, but she felt happy to see her. It melted our hearts how she treated us (I believe she knew we had been struggling near her shop for the last 10 minutes with the little one). We will definitely try to stop by here again, just for the service. If it helps them, I will be happy to buy something. Also, mom and dad (or someone who raised the girl working there) of that girl, you guys did a great job”
