“Tall Paul is a very likeable, friendly and knowledgeable guy and didn't come across as shady nor did he pressure a buy or additional products such as service contracts. Thats what i like in a dealer. I always sense deception and catch dealers telling little lies, which in my opinion is a huge red flag of hiding a bigger lie/problem and I shy away from committing. A+ for tall Paul for either being a good honest guy or good at deceiving. Either way, it worked and so far no problems. But you better believe I will update this review if I do experience a major problem with the truck that's within a reasonable time frame from purchase and outside of regular wear and tear. I'm mindful of the ability to quiet squeaks, knocks and rattles with various products for a temporary fix to a huge problem. As of now, we are satisfied and confident in our purchase from shay.”

“This place is definitely worth going to !!!! first I just want to say thank you to Robert and to Margi for handling me so nicely Robert got back to me once I sent my information so quickly that was the fastest I've ever got someone back to me and he told me what I needed and that I could come in as soon as possible I really was so surprised and I was just so excited that someone cared to actually take the time to talk to me and me not feeling pushed aside and then when I went in Margi was so sweet she was so patient with me and the test drive was great It was such a simple and easy process that was definitely a first! I would come here over anything! And the weekly payments are low (to me lol )my mind was blown !”
