“Not to dismiss anyone's prior concerns, but I think that you will find going forward, That Ms Nanci Lyons, the new Stevensville, Michigan Fifth Third branch manager is very informative an a delight to work with. Personally I have found Fifth third to be a bank like none other. With more and more banks cutting staff and moving towards automation, instead of direct 1 on 1 human relations. Fith Third has been addressing customer concerns by adding staff. It's nice to see big business trying to do things that truly make a difference rather than following the more popular easy money trends. Understandably they face the same dilemma that most businesses are facing today with a lack of avaliable staffing. But what the heck! I give them two just for listening and not forcing me to deal with a scripted overseas support center that sends you to the next level up every time they run out of answers. Kudos to you Fifth Third and your staff!”
“This is my go to bank stop on my way home. On July 3rd accidentally miscounted one of my shops deposit slips by $5 and it was 501 after she went to deposit and came back and told me. She let me go to the ATM and hold up her day on the day before 4th of July and I greatly appreciate that because it would be big trouble for me. And I'm already going on a 13-hour day. Honestly I don't remember your name but thank you so much.”

“I lost my Credit and debit cards and even tho I logged in to see a specialist when I got there, I approached the counter to conduct a transaction and when I told them I was waiting, they inquired as to what I was waiting for and said, we can help you here and they issued me a new credit card and debit card within moments right there at the counter and I didn’t have to tie up one of the specialist.”
