“I took my mother there to find a printer/scanner that would be easy for her to use and maintain. The first associate I asked clearly knew nothing about printers and was having to check every detail we asked about on our phone. After that, a fantastic associate (I believe the name was Reid?) approached to ask if we needed help and provided loads of information and recommendations on printers.”

“We purchased a tv from Steve who was knowledgeable however, the service / installation person recommended (A1AV installation, Dan Parisien) could not even setup streaming. He knew nothing about Samsung tv’s. Instead of setting up the Samsung software, he said “they are only trying to sell you things”. If he knew anything he would have known you must use this and they are not trying to sell you anything! He charged $250 for installation which should have been a maximum. We paid for turnkey setup, we did not get that. DO NOT USE this company or person. We were severely disappointed. I gave 4 stars as Steve was good, but service wasn’t. Talk to Dan you will see what I mean.”
