“I cannot fully express how grateful I am for the excellent customer service my husband received last week at the Brighton Home Depot! At a little after 8pm On Thanksgiving Eve our well pressure tank sprung a leak! We were completely panicked because we were hosting 20 guests the next day! We realized we didn't have the right supplies So my husband headed to your store! I called because the store was scheduled to close in 15 minutes and I wasn't sure if my husband would make it in time! They were so NICE and understanding! They even stayed at least 45 minutes after closing to help him. THANK YOU so much - I am sure they wanted go home and be with their families but stayed and helped him find a solution so we could still host our family the next day. You all are the best!”

“I had to return two damaged interior doors to Home Depot in Brighton, MI. The associate Taylor was so helpful. I had asked if we could Saran wrap them so they would not get damaged on the commute home and he was so kind to have assisted with that along with helping me put the doors in my truck. What great customer service and definitely a great employee.”
