When I moved here during Covid 19 I searched for a good auto mechanic and found Eric's business and was really impressed with the reviews he got and especially the service received from Matt whenever I called and needed work done. This is an excellent shop! Last time I was in for a routine oil change and safety check, Eric told me we have to get my parking brake fixed for safety! Today I picked it up and could not be happier. The local dealer is not competitive and doesn't seem to care anywhere near as much as Brighton Auto Repair. All the staff here are very knowledgeable and customer focused. I'll be a long time customer!”

“I went into Flexx oil change today. Ray was my person of contact. It had been a while since I had been there because I found an oil change place closer. Never had a bad experience there just another place was right by my office and more convenient.. He popped the hood and checked my oil. He said sir your oil is fine. You have another 3000 miles left at least on the last oil change. Apparently the last place did not change my reading on the computer back to 100%. Well even though it may take a few more minutes to get there I will most certainly will be going there from now on. Thank you Ray for the honesty and service. He even topped everything off and checked the tires free of charge.”

“The buying experience here was good. The actual service performed in the vehicle when service was needed was also good. Both were not exceptional.
What was exceptional was the customer support of the service department. In particular several advisors and a manager, with one service advisor who stood out.
Carissa provided excellent customer care during my service visit. She listened and noted a concern or two about my vehicle’s maintenance issues. She really excelled when I needed to return twice after completion of service as a result of two items the service tech did not accomplish. She handled both the reinstall of the 3M door handle protectors, and resetting the maintenance interval reminders.
She should be commended for her thorough action, genuine demeanor and respect for the customer. She provided exceptional service recovery and helped balance my negative opinion of the actual service work performed.”
“When I first moved to the area, my trucks wheels all of a sudden seemed to be out of balance. I thought wheel weights had fallen off. They informed me it was mud from the dirt road I lived on and didn't charge me for my ignorance. I recently had them replace my AC compressor. They had it finished in a few hours after they opened. I was happily surprised.”

“Best auto shop around for everything! I talked to them Friday evening driving home, my car was overheating....again. They said they could look at it Monday morning. I dropped it off Sunday afternoon (drop box FTW!), and by 11AM Monday I had a full estimate and diagnosis. They had it fixed and I picked it up Tuesday afternoon! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.”

“I really appreciated that they started by showing me my current state. I saw I had full oil but very dirty. Other places immediately drain your oil and there's no way to tell if you were down or even if your oil was dirty. The rest of the service was great too.”
