“Was traveling up north to Boyne from Ohio and my car overheated on the expressway. Had to be towed and Mazur's was the closest AAA Automotive repair shop. Excellent customer service by Nate. They fit me in during a busy day, diagnosed, and found a puncture in my radiator fins, while I was waiting. Unfortunately wasn't something they could get parts for that day and repair so they drove me to car rental location so I could pick up a car and continue on my trip. I wasn't able to get back until weekend, and they were closed, however they left my keys in a lock box so I could pick up at my convenience. Everyone was wonderful at that location. Definitely recommend them!”

I won't trust anybody else and there is no reason to after getting to know Roy and his team's capabilities. “During my regular oil, lube and filter service, the technician's multi point inspection found a very serious and unsafe existing condition. The front propellor shaft u-joint was completely worn out, causing the shaft to be excessively loose.
Thanks to the technician's discovery, I have avoided an inevitable loss of control while driving, and highly probable tragedy.
I feel so fortunate that the Murphy's Family Auto experts were looking out for me. GOD bless these devoted service professionals, who are experienced and care. I feel so fortunate! They have saved me and others from a highly probable disater.

Had my brakes done on my bronco today. I really wasn't sure if I needed brakes all the way around. Back ones for sure. Thurman checked all my brakes and said the front brakes are fine but the back brakes definitely needed. Make a long story short they were honest! Honesty goes a long way with me. They did a great job on my brakes. Used good quality parts. The price was fair. I will definitely refer them as well they'll be my mechanics I can trust when I need a repair.”

“My husband and I take our F250 and Expedition to Nick, our truck is a work truck and our bread and butter. We haul a trailer daily for work. We use Precision for routine maintenance, big repairs, and everything in between. When the truck was not drivable, Nick came to us and made sure it was fixed quickly. He gets us in same day, and does repairs quickly and for fair prices. I recently had my brakes calipers and wheel bearing fixed, with a price that was significantly lower than another local mechanic, and with much more peace of mind. I can’t say enough about the quality of work, the attention to detail, and personal experience you get from Precision. I will not take our vehicles anywhere else and would highly recommend!”
“I have a 2015 Ford F-350 Powerstroke Diesel that was having electrical issues. Howell Auto Center quickly identified the problem and got it fixed. A repair like this would have cost thousands at a Ford dealership. I take both of my vehicles to Howell Auto, and from now on, all my repairs will be done there. Highly recommended!”

“Brake lights on my 2012 6.7 wouldn’t shut off. Lead to my traction control and transmission not wanting to work. Gave them a call and said they were booked out but told me stop by and they would check it out. Got there and they were determined to try everything to fix it without me having to go without the truck for a while. Ended up being a trailer brake from the factory was junk and they fixed everything I had problems with. Been to several auto repairs in Howell and haven’t found one as honest and upfront as Espers.Service: Electrical”

The cylinder head turned out perfect without a single chip left behind from the machining process. After 5,000 miles there is zero oil leakage past the valve stem seals and the engine runs like brand new. This place has become my "go to" machine shop”

I went in for a small fuel leak, they spotted the issue, fixed it with a cheap/easy 'patch' and said the paperwork would take longer than the repair, 'don't worry, just come back when something big happens'.

“I’m a new customer who picked up new tires and an alignment. The service was timely, complete (car feels and handles great now), and honest - they told me about a bent rim I already knew about without trying to sell me on anything. Costs a little more than other tire places, and they charge 3% on any card purchases, but it’s well worth it for supporting a local shop and receiving non-predatory assistance. Will be back if I need em!”

“I’m a little late to writing this review, but I wanted to make sure I took the time to leave one! I’ve been coming to Big Ray’s Quick Lube for a few years now, and my family has trusted them with our cars for years as well. They are genuinely the only place I feel completely comfortable taking my car for an oil change or any of the routine services it needs. Everyone is always so kind, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of.
About a month ago, I went in for an oil change and discovered that my coolant cap had actually melted due to an issue caused by a previous mechanic. Eli was incredibly kind and made sure to get everything taken care of for me. He replaced the coolant cap, replaced my coolant, topped off my other fluids, and made sure everything was good to go before I left.
What I appreciated most was that Eli took the time to fix something that technically wasn’t even their responsibility in the first place. He didn’t have to help me with the issue caused by another mechanic, but he went out of his way to make sure my car was taken care of. He was also very efficient, gave me a great discount, and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for the additional work.
Eli was genuinely so kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire experience. It’s people like him who make you feel like you can actually trust the people working on your car, which is not something I take lightly.
I truly don’t trust anyone else with my car the way I trust Big Ray’s. My family and I have been coming here for years, and they consistently provide great service while treating their customers with kindness and respect. I especially wanted to recognize Eli for going above and beyond for me this time.
