“Best auto shop experience I’ve had by FAR. Took me to actually see the leak in my exhaust and explained in detail everything they were going to do. Very reasonable price and 2,500 ish cheaper than a quote from another place. Only took an hour and was priced at 165. Pointed out something I should get repaired in the future but no pressure on anything and was very good at not only explaining to me but showing me everything. As a young female, I immediately called my dad to share how amazing this service was and how I will be coming back here!”

“I can not speak highly enough of Racy tech auto! Steve and his crew are fair, honest, great mechanics. Steve never tries to upsell anything, and really works with you, being considerate of your time and budget. In one instance, Steve went WAY out of his way to get coverage for a major transmission issue from my warranty company. My family services all of their vehicles there and always will!”

Unfortunately there was a related issue afterwards and it needed to go back in to the shop, but the service they provided was outstanding. They fixed the issue promptly and without any additional charge. It is great to have business that stands behind their work! I'll be back.”

“Had my engine replaced, they are friendly, let me use a loaner car while the work was being done. My issue is while replacing the tires , 1 stud on each front tire broke while torquing the lug nuts, The owner called me the next day and offered to replace the studs, which they did. The auto engineer came to talk to me and explained what had to be done. There was no charge to me. I have been in the customer service industry for 50 years and Diamonds is the perfect example of how to keep customers. Friendly & knowledgeable staff, great communication, fair prices and customer service.”

“Cannot recommend Carnell Collision more honestly! They're a small family owned shop, the owner Chris was upfront about pricing, turn around time and made sure to give me updates throughout the entire repair process. The quality of parts he was able to secure was top notch along with the required paint work. Having to deal with insurance after a collision is stressful enough, and I was extremely grateful for Chris' work and how easy he made the repair process. Most of all my truck looks absolutely brand new!”

“Brett and Brynn actually listened to me and provided me with two test drives right at closing time. The best experience at a dealer in years. I ended up leasing a 2026 CX50 having driven CX5’s for years. Have been a loyal Mazda customer for 20 years, 19 of those years at another dealership, they lost my business Serra won! There is something to be said for a family owned business! Thank you again!”

“Having lived within a couple miles of Spartan Tire & Auto since the 1990s, for some reason I waited until today to get some service done. All I can say is I was amazed at how professional, friendly (which makes a yuge difference) and speedy these fellows are! They also performed a multi-point inspection (for which they did not charge me) and texted a nifty link afterwards that included pictures of the maintenance issues photographed by the mechanic. I don't like spending money; however, for all my future services, I definitely look forward to visiting this top-notch crew again!”
