They're a small family owned shop, the owner Chris was upfront about pricing, turn around time and made sure to give me updates throughout the entire repair process. The quality of parts he was able to secure was top notch along with the required paint work.
Having to deal with insurance after a collision is stressful enough, and I was extremely grateful for Chris' work and how easy he made the repair process. Most of all my truck looks absolutely brand new!”
“Had my engine replaced, they are friendly, let me use a loaner car while the work was being done.
My issue is while replacing the tires , 1 stud on each front tire broke while torquing the lug nuts, The owner called me the next day and offered to replace the studs, which they did. The auto engineer came to talk to me and explained what had to be done.
There was no charge to me. I have been in the customer service industry for 50 years and Diamonds is the perfect example of how to keep customers.

“Overall, I would have given this dealership a 5-star review if it weren’t for the service department.
My brothers, cousins and friends lease their vehicles from this dealership, and they’ve always had a great experience. I’ve also referred several friends here to purchase new and certified pre-owned vehicles, and the sales team has consistently gone above and beyond. That’s why this experience has been so disappointing.
The service department is a completely different story. They rarely answer the phone, and communication has been extremely poor. I dropped off my wife’s Jeep for a simple steering recall that, according to a service advisor, should take only 30–45 minutes. It’s now been three days, and the vehicle still isn’t ready.
I’m extremely frustrated because I’ve recommended this dealership to everyone I know, only to have an experience like this. I was planning to trade and purchase a newer Ram 1500 from this dealership, but after this experience, I’d rather take my business elsewhere—to a dealership that honors its word and communicates honestly with its customers.”

“The folks at Campbells have fixed up or dealt with totalling out 5 wrecked cars for my family in the last year and half. In the last decade, we have had at least one car a year in for collision damage.
Update: With the new owners with Gerber, the same friendly service is still there. They did a wonderful job on Traverse after a small front end collision. I'm very grateful for putting it back together.”
