“I went in the bank to get ideas on how to better secure my small business account. The new branch manager, Mahdi Tabra, was very helpful and suggested a few ways to improve security and also offered to help our business develop an online donation/client payment system which is something we've been wanting to do for awhile. After getting preliminary information, we met again today to set up a money market savings account to link to my checking account. Mahdi went above and beyond to complete. my transfer and also make sure I had all my questions answered before I left. We plan to follow through on his other suggestions soon.”
“Compared to every other bank I've used, I've found Comerica and this branch specifically to be the best for customer service. I've always been greeted with a smile and wait times have been minimal. I was surprised to see negative reviews of this branch, but when I read them they mostly seemed from odd requests, some from people who didn't even have accounts. The other great feature I like about this bank is their video ATM, which can handle a lot of specialty requests even during hours the branch is closed, which has saved me a few times. I'm surprised all banks don't have this given how helpful it can be.”
