“The two ladies at the bank were extremely courteous. While I was there a young man tried coming in without a mask. Then Melissa Parkin excused herself, and went over and politely told the young man he could not enter without a mask. He said he didn’t have to. She explained to him that was the policy, if he didn’t want to wear a mask she understood therefore they would be more than happy to help him through drive-through. He was angry and upset talking about his rights, he had already knocked the sign over out front that asked people to wear a mask! She stayed calm and collected but firmly stood her ground, and followed the bank policy! He finally went through drive-through, they were not able to help him because his account had expired. She was apologetic to me that this had happened. I did not feel threatened, they were very stern with the gentleman but polite. The two ladies at the bank handled it beautifully. I’m a Very satisfied customer!”

“James Cole established and has serviced my loan for over 4 years now. He's been fantastic to work with. I got a little concerned when he called me out of the blue a few years back as interest rates were dropping and he said I could convert my loan to the current lower rate for a small fee and it would save me thousands every year. I've never had a financial person proactively contact me to save me money so I was leery! He wasn't lying though, it was true and we've even done it again since. Very happy with the loan, patronage program and the Howell branch.”

She did an amazing job with the decorations and flavor of the cake. No where in Michigan will you find a better tasting & decorated cake but before ordering please be sure to request it from Brooks. She is in our opinion the BEST in the cake business! J G”

Incredible is an understatement.We closed in record time ( 17 days from our first phone call, 17 days total, including weekends). We were informed of options, every single thing they said they would do they did, on time or early..... AND....AND.... they gave us by far the best rate available. NOBODY came close.Call Bill Cook at LOC in Brighton. If you don't you will probably pay more (every month) and you will have to work harder to navigate the process.”
