“I came into the Howell on Latson Rd branch this morning. My original teller (Katherine, not positive of the spelling) had to escalate me to the Assistant Branch Manager: Kelly Fletcher. I did have to wait because Kelly was being practically screamed at by another gentleman since before I entered the building.
I was shown to a mini room to wait my turn while Kelly did her best to de-escalate the screamer. She kept very professional the entire time while dealing with that crazy man.
When Kelly was able to get to me, she was apologetic, though I told her it wasn't her fault and that she had handled that situation to the best of her ability.
She was able to solve my own issue very quickly. The staff at this branch was incredibly helpful, polite, patient, and kind.
A big thanks to Kelly and Katherine for helping me in the midst of my own financial crisis (and for ignoring my tears from being overwhelmed between my own issues and the gentleman yelling).”

“James Cole established and has serviced my loan for over 4 years now. He's been fantastic to work with. I got a little concerned when he called me out of the blue a few years back as interest rates were dropping and he said I could convert my loan to the current lower rate for a small fee and it would save me thousands every year. I've never had a financial person proactively contact me to save me money so I was leery! He wasn't lying though, it was true and we've even done it again since. Very happy with the loan, patronage program and the Howell branch.”

“This weekend I had purchased a cake for a special event for my wife and granddaughter. Went to VG's Howell Mi. and explained to Brooks in the bakery department about what I would like. She did an amazing job with the decorations and flavor of the cake. No where in Michigan will you find a better tasting & decorated cake but before ordering please be sure to request it from Brooks. She is in our opinion the BEST in the cake business! J G”
