Tried an easy call about an Apple Watch screen replacement, the woman that answered the phone could not understand us and we couldn’t understand her, from India or Pakistan or something. Probably a nice lady? But here in America, have American people answering the phone. 15 minutes of my life I will never get back

Went to the Brighton Best Buy and purchased a dishwasher with delivery and instal. A day later my plans changed and I needed to make minor scheduling change. So I looked at my receipt for their phone number...none there. Searched Google... none there. Called Best Buy 1-800 number to get The Brighton number. Couldn't believe it but they told me "Local stores don't take incoming calls". Sorry they didn't have a issue taking my money but can't take my call.
