I used their online ordering and in store pick-up for the first time. It was quick and easy. Hardest part was the need to reset my PW since it had been a while since I ordered anything from Best Buy.Everything went without a hitch. I was able to order onlune and set up text messages for order readiness. When I went there to pick up all I needed to do was show an ID. I was out the door and back in my teuck in under 5 minutes. And, since the nearest store in only 12 minutes away, the entire process from looking for what I needed to picking up and having it home was less than 2 hours - even quicker than what Amazon can do. (And the part was the same exact price on Amazon!)Definitely need to continue looking at Best Buy for any of my electronics and appliance needs in the future.

Employees, including the manager, stand in the back chatting. No one actually greets nor helps you. When you checkout, there is only 1 person running the register. She was friendly but unable to do everything. Ended up taking the purchase back the next day. Different person on the register. Friendly. Again, alone doing everything up front.

horrible customer service.have to love when the human(manager) in the brick and mortar store points at the computer and says 'theres nothing i can do'.i now own $250 paper weight (defective powerbank) that hasnt been in my possession for 20 days.

My husband and I have spent thousands of dollars with best buy, im over it. Multiple bad experiences with Jullian, he does not want to help customers at all, told me there was nothing he was willing to do to help me with a 14 dollar missing piece of my item. I'd rather give my money to Bezos and get my product shipped to my door than to deal with their rude staff at the brighton best buy. John was great though and tried to help.

Great location with friendly staff!I live closer to the one in Novi, but prefer this location.They had plenty of stock on the shelves. With the holidays, they had some great deals. Often I purchase "Open Box" items to save a little money.The employees at checkout are efficient, professional, and friendly!I highly recommend this location to anyone needing electronics, Appliances, cellphones, etc.

Went to buy a camera spending $500-600. Great customer service but no cameras in stock. Sad knowing Christmas is when you should have more stock. Left with no camera☹️
