We had a significant problem at the start of our rental, but I appreciate the way their team hustled to come up with a solution. “We had an amazing experience with this rental agency. I booked before I read the reviews and was really nervous but my experience was superb. They didn't have my vehicle (which is typical of many places. I just had that same situation with hertz last year) so they upgraded our vehicle but did not change the price. It was extremely reasonably priced and was such a nice ride. Also it was a hybrid so gas was much cheaper. It went 600 miles per tank and only needed to be filled a couple times over the week. The return was hassle free and they charged us exactly what they agreed to. I found the whole experience to be incredible and the guys who assisted us were really nice. I'm not sure what changed over there from reviews 4 months ago and older, but I hope they continue on this path. I will definitely rent from them again.”
