Mitch was more than accommodating with precise direction when I got turned around trying to connect to I- 94 off the Jeffries due to the nightmare of road closers in Michigan. Customer Service is at the forefront of this professionally ran car rental company.

Great rental car place! Made my reservation online, and had no issues picking the car up, or dropping it off. Awesome guy that works there, really kind and helpful. Would and will rent a car here in the future!
