“Great customer service right from the start! Lucas called me to tell me I had mistakenly made two reservations, and I appreciated that. Lucas was so nice, and easy to deal with, and rented me a low-mileage, clean car (Kia Soul) that was fun to drive.
I have rented cars in the Brighton/Howell area, and this was my best experience yet. Hassle-free.

“This place is top notch when it comes to customer service. Omar Altamimi, gentleman who understands customer service to a whole new astronomical level. Abe, another gentleman also models this customer service. Obviously I was pleased. I had made an online reservation, however when I arrived at this specific location on grand river avenue, Omar's respect and professionalism it was immediately recognized. Not only did he put me in a vehicle that was the same color as my business vehicle, black, and my favorite color, it was in a late model vehicle.It was clean, ready to go, and I was on the road within ten minutes.
Upon my return, Abe, again represented the professionalism of this establishment, return the vehicle in a matter of minutes.I was back on the road.
I highly recommend this establishment and specifically these individuals. It's more than just the rate, it's more than just the vehicle was clean. It's the way these gentlemen treated me and my wife with dignity and respect.
From this point on, I will go no other place than this location for our car rental and truck rental needs.
