We had just gotten back from a trip, and he noticed our windshield was covered with dead bugs, and he used the brush on it twice before we went through the car wash. “Like all car washes, the equipment can't possibly reach and clean every single spot on every single vehicle. It's just not possible. So, the key is the prep by the workers on both sides of the car. The Brighton location's manager Mike actually responded almost immediately to my complaint about the low trim behind my rear tires not being clean. His suggestion to mention this as I'm about to enter the equipment has made a huge difference. It only takes a few seconds and the result has been great. So if there's a spot on your car that doesn't get cleaned, just tell the Jax worker about it and they will handle it. I highly recommend Jax.”
