You know when you are in a hurry and you end up making your life harder? I needed to grab something in a hurry. The woman at customer service pointed me in the right direction. I hurried off without getting a cart , but of course my item was too heavy tor me to carry! Silas to the rescue! He was clearly busy, but he immediately helped me bring my heavy item to checkout. “Too many sleepless nights, was time for a long overdue change. Today was the day. Was taking the back way to GW and caught this store out of the corner of my eye.

Never made it to GW.
We left with a new Temperpedic adjustable base to be delivered Christmas Eve and a payment less than a single chiropractor adjustment!
Jamie was the perfect salesperson.
Calm and collected, knowledgable, low pressure. Answered all our questions. Educated us on different makes, models, etc. Answered more questions. Was fully transparent through the whole process. We are pleased with the level of quality service we received and excited to get some peaceful sleep on our new mattress.
If you are in the market for a new mattress, skip the big box stores and deal with the experts.”
