She was so happy I went out of the way to find her something to occupy her time until the power came back on.”

“Some areas still need to be more organized. There needs to be more of a range DMC threads. I feel the colours are very limited. And now that Joanne's is closed, I feel there's more potential to handle more fabrics and thread in your store.
The cashier area feels a little disjointed as customers dont really know where they should be. So there's confusion with regards to self check out systems.”
