Got service through the drive through and was told one of them wouldn't fit in the tube. I stated i would park and come in. I was told no we're closing for lunch. He literally ended our transaction to take lunch. Another time I was told my antibiotic was too soon to fill. I had never filled it before. I was being discharged from the hospital after being on IV antibiotics. By the time they filled it I was back in the hospital for IV antibiotics. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Literally the worst pharmacy in Brighton, maybe Livingston co.

The Pharmacists are top quality and always take the time to explain everything. I couldn't be happier with the staff as well. Just transferred my father's meds too and they stock his stuff. Thank you all

It's so great of them to tell us our Rx will be ready in 15 min, TWICE and then close the drive thru 5 minutes after telling us our Rx will be ready in 15. How about get some customer service skills!!!!!

I drive 20mins because these guys always havey prescription and have worked with my needs with no judgement. Thank you for everything you guys do and you all are so quick.

This is the worse pharmacy I've ever been to had 5 people working. They all were slow I had to ask for help while they ignored me and my sick elderly Aunt. No customer service skills at all.

This Kroger is AMAZING! I wish they put half as much attention into the stores in every area! Perhaps not artisan cheese or meat depts that have lobster. But just cleanliness! This location is amazing! And the service is beyond wonderful! It is sad that I live 2 minutes from a location, yet have to drive an hour to get a decent Kroger.
