Kroger Pharmacy in Brighton, MI is staffed with friendly and professional teams dedicated to helping customers lead a healthier life. The pharmacists do more than prepare prescriptions; they offer advice, perform clinical services, and administer vaccinations including flu shots. The service is described as quick, wonderful, and beyond amazing, with staff working with customers' needs without judgment. Prescriptions are ready very quickly, and the pharmacy makes transferring prescriptions easy. While some note the store itself is clean and amazing, the consistent praise is for the efficient, helpful, and thoughtful service provided by the pharmacy staff.
I really like this pharmacy. Shout out to Evan, always kind, and helpful.

The pharmacy staff is amazing but the automated phone system is absolutely horrible. The lower stars have absolutely nothing to do with the staff. But someone needs to fix that automated system!

I had a male pharmacist (forgot name) that went above and beyond any pharmacist in all the years I have filled prescriptions. He went out of his way to get my prescription and for my doctor to give an answer and then got back to me. I was so impressed
