Kroger is a business with many helpful and friendly staff members who provide great customer service. Shoppers have had positive and exceptional experiences. In the freezer department, a young lady helped a customer find what they needed. Another employee welcomed and remembered a customer, bagging groceries with a wave. A pleasant young man was noted on his first day. Another staff member is described as a gem, warm, attentive, and fast, making a routine trip feel good. She is the definition of great customer service, a ray of sunshine, and proof that friendly, helpful service is still thriving. A nice kid was very polite, offering to help load groceries and declining a tip. In the floral department, an employee was incredibly helpful and kind, providing incredible service. Another observant and kind employee noticed a customer's needs, creating a moment with shared smiles. However, some feedback notes that the store overall isn't bad, but the deli counter service could improve, as pre-sliced meats are sometimes wrapped poorly. Kroger has staff that makes customers want to come back and look forward to it.
My wife was at the store a couple days ago and this nice kid Reid offered to help her load her groceries into her car. She offered him a tip and he declined multiple times. He was very nice and polite
