“You have to have a Costco membership to purchase this gas. You’ll need to insert your membership card before paying with debit or credit card (VISA only). Costco has the cheapest gasoline across the country so I don’t mind paying for the membership because it pays for itself in the long run”

“I’ve visited this store twice over the last couple of weeks, and it has already become my go-to spot whenever I’m near Trinity Hospital in Brighton. I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew, one of the owners, and his partner during my last visit; they were incredibly polite and helpful, as was the rest of the staff.

In a moment of oversight, I accidentally ordered summer tires in December. However, the manager was astutely observant and caught this mistake, reaching out to me the day before my scheduled appointment. Despite the all-season tires being out of stock, the manager went above and beyond by contacting a local distributor to source the correct tires. Not only did he manage to order them for next-day delivery, but he also ensured my 10 o’clock appointment was kept as scheduled.The team at Costco Tire Center displayed remarkable flexibility and customer service by seamlessly switching out my tire order with no questions asked. Their dedication and effort to rectify the situation were nothing short of outstanding. This experience has truly set a high standard for customer service. “I had a male pharmacist (forgot name) that went above and beyond any pharmacist in all the years I have filled prescriptions. He went out of his way to get my prescription and for my doctor to give an answer and then got back to me. I was so impressed”

I was in Kroger mid-afternoon (possibly during the late shift) and had been craving Brie. While browsing the cheese cooler/island, I noticed a basket of elevated specialty cheeses and stopped to take a look. A woman working that section approached me, and although I didn’t catch her name, she was incredibly friendly, insightful, and genuinely helpful.
She took the time to talk with me about different options, recommended the Double Cream Brie, and even showed me a Peruvian Pepper Jam to pair with it—something I probably wouldn’t have picked on my own. I’m currently munching on it, and it is absolutely delicious! The combination was perfect, and I ended up purchasing both.
I really just wanted to recognize the woman working that section. Her kindness, knowledge, and enthusiasm made my shopping experience memorable. Outstanding customer service and a true asset to the store. Thank you so much”

“This COSTCO is clean. The shelves are always stocked and the staff id friendly. Don't forget to stop on over to get your glasses. Those ladies really know what they are doing. If your insurance is out of network, just bring in the forms and they know how to fill them out. The food court is a great place to sit, eat and people watch.”
