“I wrote an earlier review about my not receiving my box. I purchased a mystery box back in the beginning of September. It said it was supposed to be delivered In two weeks. Finally after weeks tracking appeared on my shop app. Claimed it was delivered October 1, but it was not. After many back-and-forth conversations with customer service I assured I would get two boxes for my trials. Go to the word F&B sent me two boxes! I was very impressed. It was well worth the money I put out. Thanks again.”
