“Amazing care and team. Doctors listened and were great. Did the best they could but didn’t have the equipment to check for a blood clot in an arm so we were transferred to the Wyandotte location. That’s when our experience went from great to awful. I’d highly recommend the browns town location for any non blood clot conditions but DO NOT GO TO WYANDOTTE if they transfer you. We ended up being treated awful there and it took 12 hours to get care. There were literally even patients escaping and being tackled by the Wyandotte staff. And I witness numerous other problems with the Wyandotte location (mainly with their staff member Kelly H and the security guard rookie) as well steer clear of there or drive the distance to be transferred else where.”
