It’s a rare occasion when an item isn’t where it should be, & even more unusual to have a cart / box that hasn’t been dealt with. “I went in yesterday morning, as soon as i walked in I was greeted and offered a cart or basket. I was looking at balloons and I really liked this arrangement someone ordered. I asked and she said usually you have to place an order 2 days ahead but she went ahead and made me the same arrangement in that moment. Tracy was wonderful and so kind.
