We were on vacation near Total Tire, and had a lot of concerning tire noise from our drive up, and didn't feel comfortable driving back home. Our muffler broke loose on our way home from a trip and we pulled over near the shop. Luckily, we saw Nick coming out, and even though it was a holiday, he helped us out. Welded it back on and we were headed back to Chicago in no time! So grateful for Nick and his incredible service even on his day off.
