“We met Hector at American Auto Works through friends of our family. We were looking for a used car for a to and from work car. He had what we were looking for to pay cash. He went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what we were wanting and needed. He let us test drive it several times and if there were any issues he made sure that the issues were fixed and addressed. If it was complicated he saw it through until it was completely correct and solved. He also gave us a 1 year warranty on the transmission. He communicated great and had our best interest. There was trust and honesty which is what is needed for a loyal customer and business relationship. Loyalty is 10 times more payback in the long game. Trust, consistency, and a deeper relationship.
