Great store but does anybody know why there is a lady in a gray Nissan that sits at the end of Dollar General every day watching across the street at Kroger's she's been doing it for 2 weeks straight and it's kind of creepy

I was looking for water shoes while swimming at a nearby lake. The store had several different types, just not in my size. This place has a variety of snacks and cleaning products, but was cluttered with boxed inventory that needed to be put away.
