“We really appreciated the ease of renting and pickup and return of the U-Haul truck. We usually use our own trailer for our events, but ours had a broken axle, so the proximity of the Goodrich location was wonderful to rent a truck, and they were great to work with. We did have a bit of a mixup on the creditcard, however, it was quickly fixed by the Pick-up location and was managed without any frustration or problem. I would be happy to rent from this location again. They are friendly and helpful, and were very convenient for our needs.”

“Took my CDL test here and rented a truck from them. I failed the first 2 times I took the test but the tester had good reason. Terry and Brian are good guys to test with and will help you where they are allowed to. Craig and Michelle in Grand Rapids who you talk to make appointments are also good people and are willing to help. Through this testing experience I was ready to give up even after the first time, it's not easy, but get training and don't give up.”

“I had to rent a truck from this location in the middle of February. Jesse (hopefully spelled correctly) was so helpful and polite that when I had to rent a truck once more at the end of March, I decided to rent from here once again.On my second trip in March, Jesse had locked the office to assist a customer who had arrived there earlier than myself and another customer. He retrieved the first customer their truck and made sure the customer understood all of the responsibilities that come with renting the truck.The second customer who had arrived and also found themselves locked outside of the office expressed extreme displeasure that Jesse was not at the desk in spite of the fact that we both witnessed him assisting another person. This customer took a very sarcastic, aggressive tone but Jesse had impressively diffused the situation. After calming them down, they were able to get that customer the information they needed and on their way quickly but without seeming like they were rushing them out the door.Then when it came to me, they had assisted me just as thoroughly as the first time they helped me. They made sure I understood all the terms & conditions for the rental. After retrieving the truck, that they had shown was very well cleaned, they went around the truck with me to make sure I'm aware of any previous damages, the condition of the truck, and that everything was good.I've moved a lot in my life and I can certainly say that some places can be downright dismissive. Jesse on the other hand was a joy to work with. If I ever end up needing to move furniture again in that area, I will certainly be going back to this one location.”
