“Office guy didn't quite know what he was doing, in regards to the computer work required to obtain the rental. I ended up having to do it all myself on my phone, and provide him with confirmation numbers, etc. A little annoying.
They tried to argue with me a little, but we quickly figured it out.

“Had to rent a U-Haul last minute to move, they were able to get us a truck rig he away! It took longer than we thought and keeping the truck an extra day was no problem. They were very helpful and nice! Would for sure recommend!”

“I Was looking for a large box to return a large item. Demetrius and the other staff, a female and another male were very kind and efficient. Demetrius helped me physically pack my items in two boxes rather than one so that I could return my item. Everyone was working as a team to help me physically with the box and help me solve my problem of returning it back from where I bought it. I was very encouraged and it was a great experience that Demetrius and his staff were there to help. I’m 73 years old these things can sometimes be very daunting. Demetrius physically helped me as well as a female, staffer (I don’t know her name) but she was great! Thank you for all of your help, God bless you all!”
“I needed to rent a small truck for the day to move some friends things around. They were nice at check-in. The truck was clean and ready to go. I got it back by the 24 Hours. I need to double check my email because I didn't see the Invoice right off when I jumped in my email ? for something else. But everything worked out perfectly other then seeing what I ended up paying for that 24 hours.”

“Took my CDL test here and rented a truck from them. I failed the first 2 times I took the test but the tester had good reason. Terry and Brian are good guys to test with and will help you where they are allowed to. Craig and Michelle in Grand Rapids who you talk to make appointments are also good people and are willing to help. Through this testing experience I was ready to give up even after the first time, it's not easy, but get training and don't give up.”
