“Nancy at this Grand Blanc location went over and above to provide exemplary service that far exceeded my expectations. She is thorough, thoughtful, and friendly. She gave my rental experiences the personal touch that is so very rare these days! Thank you Nancy!”
“Pensky is the way to go. We tried all other rental trucks since starting my company in 2001. Pensky has by far cleanest and the most reliable trucks in the business.”
“We really appreciated the ease of renting and pickup and return of the U-Haul truck. We usually use our own trailer for our events, but ours had a broken axle, so the proximity of the Goodrich location was wonderful to rent a truck, and they were great to work with. We did have a bit of a mixup on the creditcard, however, it was quickly fixed by the Pick-up location and was managed without any frustration or problem. I would be happy to rent from this location again. They are friendly and helpful, and were very convenient for our needs.”
“Checking in was fast, and they gave me all the time I needed to use the Uhaul, the truck was clean, well maintained, and the amount that I was charged was way lower than I expected.Thank you Uhaul for another move.”
“Please give Mr. La’marr a promotion or at least a raise. He made my experience feel so confident and comfortable. Felt like I was dealing with a long time friend and I only knew him for a few moments. Got me taken care of right away and I was overall impressed with how everything was taken care of by him. Awesome guy that deserves recognition!”
“Cassie was so helpful in getting our truck together for us. Super personable and even gave us a personal number to call if we needed anything! Above and beyond, would definitely recommend them.”
“Logan and Matt were great to work with to get a truck. Competitive, professional, and thorough. Easy to get truck - dropped off after hours, no issues. I’ll be back.”
“Took my CDL test here and rented a truck from them. I failed the first 2 times I took the test but the tester had good reason. Terry and Brian are good guys to test with and will help you where they are allowed to. Craig and Michelle in Grand Rapids who you talk to make appointments are also good people and are willing to help. Through this testing experience I was ready to give up even after the first time, it's not easy, but get training and don't give up.”

“Mike is awesome and is always willing to help out if and when needed. I called him after hours on a Sunday and he immediately dropped what he was doing and fixed the issue. Thanks again”
